Succulent salmon, generously blended with sweet basil, fresh ginger, chilli and just a hint of coconut - 95% fat free.
cooking instructions
LOW FAT OPTION
Baking:
1. Heat oven to 180c 2. Spray baking tray with oil 3. Place sui mei on tray 4. Bake until golden and heated through (approx 15-18 min) 5. Cool slightly and serve
Steaming:
1. Line steamer with grease proof paper and poke holes through. 2. Place frozen sui mei on top 3. Cover with lid and steam over boiling water for 6 minutes 4. Serve immediately.
Pan Fry:
1. Heat sufficient oil in a shallow pan 2. Cook sui mei on a low heat turning regularly until golden 3. Cool slightly and serve
