cooking instructions
LOW FAT OPTION
Baking:
1. Heat oven to 180 degrees 2. Spray baking tray with non-stick oil spray 3. Place spring rolls on tray 4. Bake until golden brown and heated through (approx 15-20 mins)5. Allow to cool slightly and serve.
Deep Fry:
1. Place spring rolls in sufficient hot oil 190° 2. Cook until golden brown (approx 4 min) 3. Drain well4. Allow to cool slightly and serve
Pan Fry:
1. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a shallow non stick pan 2. Place spring rolls in 3. Cook on a low to medium heat, turning the spring rolls over regularly until golden brown 4. Allow to cool slightly and serve
