seafood with kaffir lime

A tantalising selection of seafood with zesty lime. Hand moulded around sweet sugar cane sticks– 98% fat free

cooking instructions

Sandwich Press:

1. Preheat sandwich press and lightly coat with oil spray 2. Place frozen skewers on surface and lower lid so that it is just resting on top 3. Grill until golden brown and cooked through 4. Turn as required. Approx 4-5 mins.

Grill:

1. Preheat a grill or BBQ to a moderate-high heat 2. Coat the whole skewers lightly with oil or non-stick oil spray 3. Cook either side for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown with grill marks 4. Serve immediately

Pan Fry:

1. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a shallow non stick pan 2. Place skewers in and cook either side on a low to medium heat, until golden brown 3. Serve immediately

Deep Fry:

1. Place skewers in sufficient hot vegetable oil until golden brown, approximately 3-4 mins 2. Drain well 3. Serve
