cooking instructions
Steaming:
1. Bamboo - cover base with a letuce leaf or baking paper with wholes cut throughout;
Stainless steel - cover base with a lettuce leaf or non-stick oil spray
2. Place frozen dumplings on top 3. Cover with lid and steam over boiling water for 6 minutes 4. Serve immediately
Baking:
1. Preheat oven to 200 * 2. Coat baking tray with non-stick oil spray 3. Place frozen dumplings on tray and bake until crispy (approx 20 minutes) 4. Allow to cool and serve
BBQ:
1. Heat a small amount of non stick oil spray & vegetable oil on the flat surface of the BBQ 2. Place the frozen dumplings on top 3. Cook at a medium heat until golden brown (slightly crispy), turn regularly. 4. Serve immediately
