cooking instructions
Deep Fry:
1. Deep Fry in clean oil at 180°C for 2½ -3 minutes.
Pan/Wok Fry:
1. Carefully place Salt & Pepper Squid into a heated frypan, with a small amount of cooking oil 2. Cooking time is approx 3 minutes, turning regularly.
Oven Bake:
1. Preheat Oven to 220°C. Place the Salt & Pepper Squid onto a flat tray, place in the oven and bake for approx 14 minutes 2. Turn once during cooking to give a more even result.
Note:
Cooking time may vary according to different cooking implements.
Ensure that you allow temperature to reach 180◦C in between frying batches
