cooking instructions

Deep Fry:

1. Deep Fry in clean oil at 180°C for 4 - 4½ minutes.

Pan/Wok Fry:

1. Carefully place Salt & Pepper Prawns into a heated frypan, with a small amount of cooking oil 2. Cooking time is approx 4 minutes, turning regularly.

Oven Bake:

1. Preheat Oven to 220°C 2. Place the Salt & Pepper Prawns onto a flat tray 3. Place in the oven and bake for approx 13-15 minutes 4. Turn once during cooking for a more even result.

Note:
Cooking time may vary according to different cooking implements.
Ensure that you allow temperature to reach 180◦C in between frying batches
