cooking instructions
Deep Fry:
1. Deep Fry in clean oil at 180°C for 2½ -3 minutes.
Pan/Wok Fry:
1. Carefully place Baby Whiting into a heated frypan, with a small amount of cooking oil 2. Cooking time is approx 4 minutes, turning regularly.
Oven Bake:
1. Preheat Oven to 220°C 2. Place the Baby Whiting onto a flat tray, place in the oven and bake for approx 13-15 minutes. 3. Turn once during cooking for a more even result.
Note:
Cooking time may vary according to different cooking implements.
Ensure that you allow temperature to reach 180◦C in between frying batches
