These bite sized treasure parcels are stuffed with our now famous homemade Peking duck, rolled together with fresh apples and then marinated in fresh juice and crushed star anise. Taste the fusion as you hear the crunch

cooking instructions

Steaming:

1. Coat the steamer base with a light layer of oil/non-stick spray or place a sheet of baking paper with holes cut throughout on the base and grease well 2. Place frozen wontons on top and cover pot with the lid 3. Steam over the boiling water for 6 minutes 4. Serve immediately

Deep Fry:
1.
Heat sufficient oil to approximately 160 degrees 2. Place frozen wontons in oil for 5-6 mins 3. Cook until pastry is golden brown and filling is heated through 4. Move the products around in the oil to avoid sticking 5. Drain well 6. Allow to cool slightly and serve

BBQ:
1. Heat a small amount of non stick spray & vegetable oil on the flat surface of the BBQ 2. Place the wontons on & cook atop a medium heat until golden brown (slightly crispy) 3. Turn regularly.
