2 dozen Freshly shucked oysters on the half shell
1 bottle Soy Fusion Sauce
2 stems of shallots finely sliced
Toasted sesame seeds to garnish

Place the oysters on a large serving platter.
Shake the Soy Fusion bottle well, drizzle a small amount over each oyster. Shake the bottle regularly to make sure each oyster gets the perfect blend.
Sprinkle with the green shallots and toasted sesame seeds.
Add Chilli if you feel like a kick
