cooking instructions
Steaming:
1. Bamboo - cover base with a letuce leaf or baking paper with wholes cut throughout;
Stainless steel - cover base with a lettuce leaf or non-stick oil spray
2. Place frozen dumplings on top 3. Cover with lid and steam over boiling water for 6 minutes 4. Serve immediately
Boiling:
1. Place frozen dumplings in salted boiling water 2. Boil for approximately 7 minutes 3. Drain 4. Serve immediately
Baking:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C 2. Coat baking tray with non-stick oil spray 3. Place frozen dumplings on tray and bake until golden brown 4. Allow to cool and serve
