Chilli Chicken Dumpling3

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons oil

12 Chilli Chicken Dumplings

2 cup frozen edamame, shelled

2 bunches watercress

¼ cup water

30  ml Soy Fusion sauce

¼ cup fried shallots (available from Asian Grocers)

Salt

Pepper

Boil edamame until just heated through and set aside. Be careful not to not over cook.

Heat 3 tablespoon of the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the frozen dumplings and cook until browned, 2 to 3 minutes per side.  Add  water and cook, covered, until heated through, approx 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, place edamame, watercress and shallots in a bowl and toss together.


Top salad with dumplings and dress with Soy Fusion.
